SHIELDS<\/strong> have released a brand new song!<\/p>\n Titled Kill<\/strong>, the track is the British metalcore band\u2019s third new single this year, following on from Abuser<\/strong><\/a> and Red & Green<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Speaking about the new single, vocalist Joe<\/strong> Edwards<\/strong> says, \u201cpushing the boundaries of our band\u2019s sonic identity was a huge part of writing Kill<\/strong>. We experimented with different editing styles \u2013 including rapping, a genre I have immense respect for since my brother introduced it to me at a young age. Most of the lyrics in this song were taken from a poem written by my late brother, which binds me to this track intimately.
