And my daughter Mariah and I don\u2019t always see eye to eye. Thankfully democracy is about compromise.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p>Mariah, 30, starts by playing Alicia Keys\u2019 \u201cEmpire State of Mind,\u201d saying \u201cYou can\u2019t go wrong\u201d with the Grammy-winning song, which the Hell\u2019s Kitchen native penned with Brooklynite Jay-Z.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love it. But a lot of people have used that one,\u201d Cuomo replies in the video, which garnered over 84,000 views.<\/p>\n<p>Mariah, whose mom is Cuomo\u2019s ex-wife Kerry Kennedy, then presents option No. 2: <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/04\/08\/us-news\/billy-joel-donates-50k-to-make-andrew-cuomo-the-big-shot-mayor\/\">the Billy Joel classic \u201cNew York State of Mind.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cEnd of conversation,\u201d Cuomo declared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI mean, you know that we both agree Billy Joel is the best.
