On Tuesday, August 26, Taylor Swift turned to Instagram to reveal that she and her long-time boyfriend, Travis Kelce, had gotten engaged. It was the news that had everyone buzzing, not just in the United States but across the globe. Some of Swift\u2019s high-profile friends, including Selena Gomez, publicly congratulated her. Many others likely opted to reach out to share their congratulations privately. But one person who reportedly did not reach out was Swift\u2019s former close friend, actress Blake Lively.<\/p>\n
