Jacob Elordi appeared to get into a tense exchange with a \u2018body guard\u2019 and fans can’t decide whose side they’re on.<\/p>\n

While attending the Venice Film Festival for the world premiere of his upcoming movie \u2018Frankenstein\u2019, Elordi was caught on camera telling security staff to back off.<\/p>\n

A fan who witnessed the heated moment shared the video of the incident on TikTok. In the clip, Elordi can be seen speaking to the man while taking time to engage with fans behind a fence.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to take a picture right here,\u201d the \u2018Euphoria\u2019 actor explained to him.<\/p>\n

While attempting to pose for a couple pictures, Elordi turned back toward the \u2018bodyguard\u2019 and said: \u201cDon\u2019t tell me what to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

He again goes back to sternly add: “Don’t EVER tell me what to do.” <\/p>\n

Despite it looking extremely awkward, the TikToker who posted the video said the actor \u201cwas so nice\u201d and \u201ctook photos with everyone he can.\u201d<\/p>\n

They added: \u201cHe is so sexy and nice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though not everyone agreed, with some slamming the \u2018Saltburn\u2019 actor for his \u201crudeness\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cPoor guy was just doing his job,\u201d one person wrote in the comments.<\/p>\n

Another agreed: \u201cThat was really super rude of Elordi.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut if something happened he would be blaming the bodyguard for not being aware. Honestly the entitlement of some celebrities,\u201d added a third.<\/p>\n

Others came into his defense for wanting to do the best by his fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is so funny people complain no matter what,\u201d someone said. \u201cIf he doesn’t stop to take pictures, people will say he is arrogant, if he stopped to take pictures and basically tell the person whatever he said, he is rude, like people are never happy \ud83d\ude05.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another praised Elordi for his comment: \u201cGood for him!! Sometimes these securities forget that they are working for celebrities, not otherwise!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFans literally waited for hours just for a photo or autograph. He wanted to give them that. He values it,\u201d a fan explained. \u201cHe always appreciates fans’ love and has been grateful. It was so kind of him to make time for them even if it was risky.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elordi\u2019s appearance marks his first event in public since his recent breakup<\/a> with his “on-and-off” girlfriend Olivia Jade Giannulli<\/a>.<\/p>\n
