Beloved actor Graham Greene, perhaps best known for his role in \u201cDances With Wolves,\u201d has died.<\/p>\n
He was 73.<\/p>\n

Deadline also noted<\/b><\/a> that Greene was revered as \u201ca trailblazing Canadian First Nations actor who opened doors for Indigenous actors in Hollywood.\u201d The outlet said that Greene, who was born on the Six Nations Reserve, worked a series of odd jobs before giving acting a try. <\/p>\n Greene made his television debut in 1979 in the series \u201cThe Great Detective,\u201d and his first movie role came in 1983\u2019s \u201cRunning Brave.\u201d<\/p>\n But his biggest role and his breakout came when he played \u201cKicking Bird,\u201d in Kevin Costner\u2019s \u201cDances With Wolves\u201d in 1990. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his work there. <\/p>\n \u201cHeartbroken,\u201d actor Lou Diamond Phillips wrote on X. \u201cTerribly saddened to hear fo the passing of Graham Greene at only 73.
