Galyna accepted a last-minute invite to the wedding, but when she didn\u2019t show up, Steven McBee Jr. started getting worried. Kathleen French, Senior Vice President of Entertainment Unscripted Current Production at NBCUniversal, told Bravo\u2019s <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/the-daily-dish\/bravo-exec-reveals-unaired-details-on-galyna-saltkovska-arrest-mcbee-dynasty-finale-exclusive\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:The Daily Dish;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">The Daily Dish<\/a> that producers had to scramble to check on their missing cast member.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cWe didn\u2019t know either,\u201d Kathleen said. \u201cProducers jumped in the car. They drove over there\u2026 and they captured it all in real time \u2014 including her coming home that night.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to Kathleen, the crash happened \u201cjust miles\u201d away from <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2025\/08\/19\/mcbee-dynasty-did-jesse-get-married\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Jesse and Alli\u2019s wedding;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Jesse and Alli\u2019s wedding<\/a> venue. They wound up using the GPS to locate Galyna. When they arrived, they saw her G-Wagon loaded onto a tow truck.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The producers whipped out their cameras, which is what we saw in the episode, along with bodycam footage from the police officers. Galyna told the cops she had a \u201cnervous breakdown\u201d while driving to the wedding. They wound up arresting her for \u201csuspicion of driving while intoxicated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Ultimately, the cops decided not to pursue those charges.
