Cyndi Lauper<\/a><\/strong>ended her Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour recently, and she went out with a bang. Plimpton shared several black and white photos of her and Lauper backstage.<\/p>\n It was easy to see that the actress was emotional as she hugged Lauper in one of the pictures. She proved that further in her heartfelt caption to the iconic singer.<\/p>\n \u201cThere is something so incredible about seeing someone you love with women you love. I\u2019ll never forget this night. @cyndilauper you are a wonder and a power and a force for human connection and womanly honesty and decency and FUN. I love you and I love that I got to share this night with my woman family. There was also a video from Lauper\u2019s final song which was of course “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.”<\/p>\n The actor revealed that a good time was had by all, especially since his sister got to meet Mitchell at the afterparty. In the film, Feldman\u2019s character, Mouth, and Plimpton\u2019s character, Stef, end up with a little love connection.<\/p>\n The movie is a cult classic for sure.
