The medical examiner ruled that ketamine was the primary cause of death. <span class=\"credit\">Willy Sanjuan\/Invision\/AP<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The judge is not bound to follow any terms of the plea agreement, but prosecutors said in the document that they will ask for less than the maximum.<\/p>\n<p>None of the co-defendants have been sentenced yet.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who pleaded guilty in July, had also been a primary target of the sweeping investigation.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"50\" src=\"https:\/\/embeds.nypost.com\/protected-iframe\/ae07a3726bec0fc91a840dddea9d294c\" scrolling=\"auto\" frameborder=\"0\" class=\"\" allow=\"camera; fullscreen;\"><br \/>\n\t<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Three other defendants \u2014 Dr. Mark Chavez, Kenneth Iwamasa and Erik Fleming \u2014 pleaded guilty in exchange for their cooperation, which included statements implicating Sangha and Plasencia.<\/p>\n<p>Sangha presented a posh lifestyle on Instagram, with photos of herself with the rich and famous in cities around the globe.
