The Bachelor in Paradise<\/em><\/a> season 10 drama is continuing offscreen \u2026 and alum Nick Viall<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>is stirring the pot.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to read you a DM I got from one of your peers,\u201d Nick, 44, told Kat Izzo<\/strong> on the Wednesday, September 3, episode of the \u201cViall Files\u201d<\/a> podcast.<\/p>\n

As Kat, 29, shared that she\u2019s \u201cso scared\u201d for what Nick was about to read, he admitted that the message was \u201charsh\u201d and was \u201cprobably\u201d going to hurt her feelings. Nick noted that he was sharing the message as a \u201cheads-up\u201d since the contestants were gathering to record the season 10 reunion.<\/p>\n

Nick shared that he received a message from Parisa Shifteh<\/strong> a couple weeks ago, which read, \u201cKat was a bully the entire time in Paradise. Everyone was scared of her so nobody ever said anything or stood up to her.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Nick put down his phone, Kat encouraged him to finish reading the DM \u2014 but Nick\u2019s cohost and wife, Natalie Joy<\/strong>, alleged that Parisa, 30, was \u201cpitching\u201d herself to come on the podcast. Nick noted that Parisa also wanted to \u201cspeak up\u201d about her connection<\/a>, Brian Autz<\/strong>, claiming that there were \u201cso many things\u201d that were not shown on Bachelor in Paradise.<\/em><\/p>\n

Kat appeared shocked by Parisa\u2019s claim, turning to boyfriend and fellow season 10 contestant Dale Moss<\/strong> to ask whether he perceived her to be a bully. \u201cNo, I don\u2019t think you\u2019re a bully. But it\u2019s not that deep,\u201d Dale, 36, replied with a smile. \u201cAt the end of the day, people are going to have opinions.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Kat tried to hold back tears, she claimed that Parisa was coming to her for advice about Brian<\/a> and said she was \u201cconfused\u201d by the DM. While wiping tears from her eyes, Kat said, \u201cI just don\u2019t know what\u2019s real or not.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw a lot of myself in her and I think she had a little bit of anxious \u2026 I could understand, maybe, where [Brian] was coming from,\u201d Kat said. \u201cWe would get ready for [the] rose ceremony and stuff, too. We were in the room even with Allyshia [Gupta]<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the Tuesday, August 19, episode of \u201cThe Viall Files\u201d podcast hosted by Nick Viall, guest Allyshia Gupta, who appeared on the current season before leaving in week 7 [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kat shared that her \u201cintentions are always to help people,\u201d explaining that she\u2019s Italian and cares \u201cvery deeply\u201d \u2014 which can sometimes make her be \u201cperceived\u201d a certain way. She added that \u201cnobody\u201d reached out about having a conversation about their friendship.<\/p>\n
