Rather than being about a second chance at love, Season 10 became just another game show where the contestants compete for money.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The finale brought back previously eliminated competitors who determined who could compete for the $500,000 payday. Following the elimination of <span>Kat Izzo<\/span> and <span>Dale Moss<\/span>, the returnees voted for <span>Spencer Conley<\/span> and <span>Jess Edwards<\/span> to stay. Safe from winning the last challenge, Alexe Godin and Andrew Spencer were also set to compete in the \u201cfinal test\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The two top couples confronted the final challenge when host Jesse Palmer presented them with a big decision. Rather than letting <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2025\/08\/01\/bachelor-in-paradise-season-10-predictions-our-final-couple-bets\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:the winning couple;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">the winning couple<\/a> share the prize money, they had to make a choice. They could either choose to keep half the money all for themselves or they could give it up for love. Didn\u2019t we already do this way back in <span>Bachelor Pad<\/span>? But even though Kat and Dale talked it through and he was convinced Kat hadn\u2019t cheated on him, they were still eliminated the following day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis whole experience has been anything but easy, but it has been everything I could ever hope for and more,\u201d Kat told Dale. \u201cWhat I was expecting coming in here was not to find someone that makes me laugh, makes me cry, makes me feel protected and loved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cYou\u2019ve got to step outside the box and take some chances, and this one definitely paid off,\u201d Dale added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Though they didn\u2019t win the money, they had a fabulous <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/articles\/bachelor-paradise-gets-filming-location-183806701.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Costa Rican vacation;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">Costa Rican vacation<\/a> and actually did find love.
