With Anderson, 58, and Neeson, 73, raising eyebrows for possibly resorting to using love as a PR stunt<\/a>, a source tells Star<\/em> they\u2019re \u201cunder huge pressure from their PR teams to step out hand-in-hand and silence the doubters.\u201d<\/p>\n
