Miranda Kerr<\/strong><\/a> has broken her silence about ex-husband Orlando Bloom<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s split from Katy Perry<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The model, who shares 14-year-old son Flynn with Bloom, discussed the situation while appearing on the Wednesday, September 3 edition of KIIS FM\u2019s \u201cKyle & Jackie O Show<\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re one big, happy family,\u201d Kerr, 42, told the outlet. \u201cKaty is amazing, I love her. And Orlando obviously.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/i>broke the news in June<\/span><\/a> that Bloom, 48, and Perry, 40, had called off their engagement after a decade together. The exes have been amicably coparenting their daughter, 4-year-old Daisy Dove, following their breakup.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bloom, 48, was all smiles as he posed with Flynn, 13, while watching the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, February 9. \u201cI actually just saw them both on the weekend. We were celebrating Daisy\u2019s birthday,\u201d Kerr said Wednesday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The KORA Organics founder married The<\/em> Lord of the Rings<\/i> star in 2010 after three years of dating. They divorced in 2013. Kerr and Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel<\/strong> tied the knot in 2017 and have since welcomed three children: Hart, 7, Myles, 6, and Pierre, 1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kerr previously opened up about her post-divorce relationship with Bloom in a 2023 interview with Access Hollywood<\/i><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

She noted that when she and Bloom separated, \u201cwe just said \u2018listen, at the end of the day, the most important thing is that Flynn\u2019s needs come first, not ours.\u2019 So whatever we do, is this in the best interest of Flynn? And that\u2019s kind of how we\u2019ve navigated it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Kerr sang Perry\u2019s praises during an interview with the \u201cSomething To Talk About\u201d podcast two years ago.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI literally say how thankful I am for Katy every day,\u201d Kerr said back then. \u201cI feel very blessed to have that relationship with her. She really is like a sister to me and we\u2019ve kind of connected from day one.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In a 2023 interview with Vogue<\/i>, Perry called them a \u201cblended family, a modern family. And we want to help destroy that old narrative [that] ex-wives and new wives don\u2019t get along.\u2019 That\u2019s not true. We are strong, powerful women and we need each other and we are really there for each other.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
