Craig David is releasing a new track for a Just Eat advertising campaign.<\/p>\n
\nThe singer, 44, has recorded Every Neighbour Got Their Flava \u2013 inspired by the brand\u2019s well-known Did Somebody Say jingle \u2013\u00a0making him the first British star to become a face of the business after landing a reported six-figure deal with the company.<\/p>\n
\nThe announcement he is fronting Just Eat comes weeks after he released his ninth studio album.<\/p>\n
\nCraig told The Sun: \u201cWith over two decades of making music, I\u2019ve seen how diverse and vibrant our communities are, and Did Somebody Say celebrates exactly that.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cFrom music to takeaways and corner shops, the everyday moments that bring us all together.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cPutting a proper garage and R B spin on the Just Eat track has been special and I can\u2019t wait for everyone to hear it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nA source added to The Sun about the tie-in: \u201cCraig landed the deal early this year but has been sworn to secrecy \u2013 even during his album campaign. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cFinally the cat is out of the bag and fans can see what he\u2019s been working on. It\u2019s all very tongue in cheek which is perfect for him as he\u2019s never taken himself too seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nCraig\u2019s new track will premiere on Friday (05.09.25) during the new series of Channel 4\u2019s Gogglebox, allowing fans to hear his latest garage-influenced track for the first time.<\/p>\n
\nJust Eat has previously recruited major international names such as Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg and Christina Aguilera for its adverts.<\/p>\n
\nBorn 5 May 1981 in Southampton, Craig first rose to prominence in 1999 with his single Fill Me In before releasing a string of successful albums. <\/p>\n
\nHe is best known for hits such as 7 Days and Walking Away, and has sold more than 15 million records worldwide across a career spanning over two decades.<\/p>\n
\nHis debut album Born to Do It wa released in 2000 and included Fill Me In and 7 Days. <\/p>\n
\nThe record sold a total of more than seven million copies worldwide. <\/p>\n
\nOver his career, Craig has released nine studio albums and earned multiple Brit and Grammy nominations. <\/p>\n
\nKnown for blending R and B, garage and pop, he also became a successful DJ with his TS5 project. <\/p>\n
