Gorillaz<\/a> teased an album’s worth of new material last night at their fourth and final House of Kong show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The virtual band\u2019s London<\/a> residency spanned four nights last week at the Copper Box Arena<\/a> in the east of the city, with each of the first three nights covering a different album cycle. For the fourth and final show, the group was the latest to adopt the rising no-phones policy<\/a> in a \u201cmystery show\u201d comprising an entire new album and surprise guests.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Some of the surprise guests last night included Sparks<\/a>, Johnny Marr<\/a>, Black Thought<\/a>, IDLES\u2019<\/a> Joe Talbot<\/a>, and Gruff Rhys<\/a>. No further details beyond the live show have been revealed, but this could possibly be the first chapter in a new era for the iconic band.\u00a0<\/p>\n
