ComiCon Erie<\/a> returns Sept. 12-14 to kick off the 2025-2026 expo season at the Bayfront Convention Center.<\/p>\n This year\u2019s Con will include more guests, a variety of vendors, artists and authors from across the country, cosplay guests and contest, an after-party on Friday night and more.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s what you should expect if you go to ComiCon Erie.<\/p>\n ComiCon Erie 2025 will have the most celebrity guests in the history of the event.<\/p>\n This year, 12 celebrities are set to attend ComiCon Erie along with authors and cosplay entertainers.<\/p>\n Coming in September: <\/strong>Ultimate guide to Erie, Pa. entertainment in September 2025<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n Those celebrity guests include:<\/p>\n Christian Coulson: “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Rikishi: WWE hall of famer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Robbie Rist: “Naruto” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Scott Lobdell: Comic book writer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n David Barclay: “Return of the Jedi” and “Empire Strikes Back”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Tamara Carlson Woodard: “The Mandalorian” and “Book of Boba Fett”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Michael Haigney: “Pokemon”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n D-Von Dudley: WWE hall of famer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Amy Rolle: “Power Rangers Lost Galaxy”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Kevin Duhaney: “Power Rangers Dino Thunder”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Jeff Parazzo: “Power Rangers Dino Thunder”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Along with the celebrity guests, ComiCon Erie has booked more than 40 local and national artists for the event.<\/p>\n Dave Nestler, Stephanie Strange, EH Berg and Paul McGinty are just a few of the artists scheduled to appear. The full list of artists can be found on Eriepromotions.com\/comicon-erie<\/a>.<\/p>\n It wouldn\u2019t be an Erie ComicCon without cosplay guests walking around the show floor taking pictures with attendees.<\/p>\n Some of the cosplayers in attendance include:<\/p>\n WNY Guardians (Guardians of the Galaxy)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The Dwight Night (Dwight Schrute)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n 501st Legion (“Star Wars”)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Big League Pro (wrestling)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n There will be a cosplay contest on Sept. 13 and Sept. 14. The adult cosplay contest will be held on Sept. 13 at 4 p.m. for ages 16 and older. The kids cosplay contest for ages 3-15 will be held on Sept. 14 at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n The registration form and rules can be found on ComiCon Erie\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n On Sept. 13 from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the Sunset Terrace at the Bayfront Convention Center, the annual ComiCon Erie after party<\/a> will take place.<\/p>\n The event features celebrity appearances, music from DJ Jay, giveaways, drink specials and more.<\/p>\n The cost to get into the after party is $25 or included if you purchase a VIP pass.<\/p>\n Brick Erie<\/a> will once again be part of ComiCon Erie while featuring more displays, activities and educational fun for all ages.<\/p>\n Attendees can check out displays from Lego user groups within the regional area.<\/p>\n Within the Lego area of ComiCon Erie, vendors will offer a variety of bricks. Fans can also learn tips from the displayers.<\/p>\n Displays from BuffaLUG, Steel City LUG, NEOLUG, Charm City LUG, Dallas\/Fort Worth LUG, SnailLUG Southeastern PA and New England LUG will be featured.<\/p>\n The Marx Toys story: <\/strong>Erie and Girard factories made toys for generations of kids worldwide<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n If you go to ComiCon Erie this year, here are some important details you should know\u2026<\/p>\n Time:<\/strong> Friday, Sept. 12: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 13: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 14: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Location:<\/strong> Bayfront Convention Center at 1 Sassafras Pier<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Tickets: <\/strong>Purchased online or at the door. Online prices include $20 for Friday, $25 for Saturday, $20 for Sunday, all weekend pass for $50, VIP pass for $85. Tickets and passes purchased at the door are set to increase on the days of the convention.
