Many criticized the brand for its play on words, seemingly using \u201cjeans\u201d instead of \u201cgenes\u201d to talk about the blonde-haired, blue-eyed starlet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGenes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality and even eye color.
