John C. McGinley<\/a> is the latest actor to (re)join the show. He\u2019ll reprise his role as the sharp-tongued (but secretly bighearted) Dr. Perry Cox. He joins fellow returnees Zach Braff<\/a>, Sarah Chalke<\/a>, Donald Faison<\/a> and Judy Reyes<\/a> in the cast.<\/p>\n McGinley\u2019s return means that five of the show\u2019s seven regulars for much of Scrubs\u2019 2001-10 run on NBC and ABC are back in the fold for the revival, due to premiere during the 2025-26 season.
