The concert is a makeup for the Aug. 21 date scheduled at the South Philadelphia venue. The band postponed for an unspecified illness.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The tour stop is planned to be the last ever Philly performance by the Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend-led band.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Ticketmaster says all tickets for Aug. 21 are valid for the Sept. 10 makeup concert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The Who also postponed its Aug. 23 appearance at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
