Today\u2019s<\/em> Dylan Dreyer<\/strong> <\/a>and her estranged husband Brian Fichera<\/strong> have heavily discounted the asking price for their New York condo following their split.<\/a><\/p>\n According to a realtor.com<\/span> article<\/a> published on Wednesday, September 3, the exes have slashed $500,000 off their New York City apartment\u2019s price.<\/p>\n Per the outlet, the former couple originally listed the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property for sale at $2.49 million in November 2024. That price was subsequently reduced, with the new asking price set at $1.99 million. Selling at the lowered price marks a loss for Dreyer, 44, and Fichera, 38, who reportedly paid $2.35 million for the apartment in 2016.<\/p>\n Built in 2008, the spacious unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, Battery Park views, oak wood flooring, a chef\u2019s kitchen and dining room that can accommodate 10 people.<\/p>\n As well as the apartment\u2019s features, the building itself has many appealing amenities \u2014 which are detailed in the listing.<\/p>\n The listing notes that the building features \u201can exceptional suite of amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, sky-lit indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, state-of-the-art fitness center, children\u2019s playroom, and a 7,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck complete with commercial-grade BBQs, a wet bar, and private cabanas.\u201d<\/p>\n Dreyer and Fichera, who share sons Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Rusty, 3, revealed their break-up<\/a> via an Instagram post in July this year.
