Dan Levy<\/a> and his new mom were in New Jersey today filming their series \u201cBad Mistakes<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Levy, who started filming the series locally last month, was in Edison with fellow four-time Emmy winner Laurie Metcalf<\/a> working on the upcoming Netflix show.<\/p>\n

Known for co-creating and starring in \u201cSchitt\u2019s Creek<\/a>,\u201d Levy is also the co-creator, showrunner and star of \u201cBad Mistakes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Metcalf plays his mother in the show, a \u201cdysfunctional\u201d family crime comedy<\/a> about \u201ctwo deeply incapable siblings<\/a> who are blackmailed into the world of organized crime<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

New Jersey actor Taylor Ortega<\/a> (Nadine in \u201cWelcome to Flatch\u201d), who grew up in East Windsor, plays Levy\u2019s sister in the series.<\/p>\n

The cast also includes Abby Quinn<\/a> (\u201cMad About You,\u201d \u201cLittle Women,\u201d \u201cRadium Girls<\/a>\u201d), who joined Metcalf and Levy on set in Edison.<\/p>\n
