Druski\u2019s \u201cProud to be American\u201d skit, which saw the internet personality attend a NASCAR<\/a> race as a white man to mock overly patriotic people, has garnered some pretty strong reactions online.<\/p>\n

Von was among those who praised the skit and on Tuesday (Sept. 3), suggesting he might want to get in on the action himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cWowwww. Anyone do hair and m\/u? hit my dms. i feel a jheri curl coming on \ud83c\udf1a,\u201d wrote the 45-year-old comedian on his X account.<\/p>\n

In a separate post, Von quote-tweeted a fan\u2019s seemingly AI-generated image of him as a Black man with a curly mullet, writing, \u201cWe outside!!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Some users online wondered if Von was implying he would make his own skit in blackface.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tweeted the other day about how much of a good person Theo Von is, please don\u2019t start promoting black face for the love of god,\u201d wrote one user.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheo Von might be cooking up a blackface skit after Druski made another white face one \ud83d\udc40 You think these types of skits are going too far?\u201d said another.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Druski made headlines last month after pretending to be Rod Wave<\/a> at a Florida show.<\/p>\n

Later this month, Druski will kick off his Coulda Fest Tour<\/a> in Toronto on Sept. 26 and will run until Dec. 6 in Atlanta.<\/p>\n
