href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/26\/entertainment\/meghan-markle-gushes-over-how-far-shes-come-since-working-as-briefcase-girl-on-deal-or-no-deal\/\">featured guest appearances<\/a>\u00a0from Markle\u2019s celeb pals, including Chrissy Teigen, Tan France, Jay Shetty and more.<\/p>\n<p>Just hours after its release, the show had already been <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/26\/entertainment\/meghan-markles-netflix-with-love-meghan-season-2-bashed-by-uk-critics-woman-in-need-of-some-cash\/\">brutally bashed by UK critics<\/a> who had labeled the series \u201ctone deaf,\u201d \u201cneedy\u201d and \u201cself-indulgent.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter that month, meaning it racked up less than 2.1 million views within its first week, according to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/maryroeloffs\/2025\/09\/02\/with-love-meghan-misses-netflix-top-10\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Forbes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>To compare, the show\u2019s first season \u2014 which was <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/03\/11\/entertainment\/meghan-markles-netflix-show-with-love-meghan-earns-lower-viewership-than-harry-amp-meghan\/\">also eviscerated by critics<\/a> \u2014 debuted inside the top 10 chart after netting 2.6 million views in its first week.<\/p>\n<p>Not only did Season 2 fail to rank by Netflix\u2019s metrics, it also didn\u2019t make the Luminate\u2019s Top 50 and tricks for hosting at home and getting in tune with at-home hobbies.<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/26\/entertainment\/meghan-markles-netflix-with-love-meghan-season-2-bashed-by-uk-critics-woman-in-need-of-some-cash\/#\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In addition to its celeb factor, it also features guest appearances from David Chang, Christina Tosi, Radhi Devlukia Samin Nosrat and Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>The ratings will no doubt be a disappointment for Netflix, which had recently <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/11\/entertainment\/meghan-markle-prince-harry-sign-new-netflix-deal-after-repeated-flops\">prolonged its deal<\/a> with Markle and Prince Harry.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The show was brutally bashed by UK critics who had labeled Love, Meghan,\u201d will premiere on Netflix later this month, while a new holiday special, \u201cWith Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration,\u201d will air in December.<\/p>\n<figure
