Popular British rock band The Ultra Violets suffered a heartbreaking loss recently as it\u2019s drummer, Tyler Harris, died. <\/p>\n
The band announced the news on its Instagram account. <\/p>\n
\u2018This is something we never though we\u2019d have to write, but our beloved Tyler, a song, a brother, a uncle, a partner, our friend and our heartbeat has tragically passed away,\u201d the post read. \u201cWe hope you can respect our privacy at this difficult time, we will be taking some time out to process this. <\/p>\n
\u201cTyler we love you with all our hearts, play that kit loud up there won\u2019t you?\u201d<\/p>\n
Vocalists Perran Nicholls and Marc Willoughby and bassist Adam Knucky \u2014 the remaining members of the band \u2014 signed the statement.<\/p>\n
Harris\u2019 age has not been reported. <\/p>\n
Suggest reported that Harris\u2019 death was sudden and came just weeks after the band appeared at a music festival.<\/p>\n
Fans flooded the statement\u2019s responses with prayers and well-wishes.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m so sorry for your loss guys,\u201d one person wrote. \u201cTerrible news. Sending so much love to you all.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m so deeply sorry for your loss,\u201d another response read. \u201cTyler\u2019s energy and talent touch so many people, and his music will live on in all of us. Sending love, strength and comfort to you all during this heartbreaking time.\u201d<\/p>\n
The band, which formed in 2020, issued a follow-up response to fans after the outpouring of love.<\/p>\n
\u201cThank you all the love and support,\u201d that post read. \u201cIt\u2019s been the hardest few days ever! Tyler wouldn\u2019t believe how much love he\u2019s got right now a love I wish he was here to see, he really was the kindest and funniest soul around. Thank you again everyone keep sharing the memory.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
