WISCONSIN RAPIDS \u2212 The Arts Council of South Wood County is bringing a Willie Nelson tribute show to Wisconsin Rapids.<\/p>\n
“Willie & Family Live: Michael Moore\u2019s tribute to Willie Nelson” is set for 7:30 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Performing Arts Center of Wisconsin Rapids, 1801 16th St. S. in Wisconsin Rapids, according to an announcement.<\/p>\n
The 90-minute show features Michael Moore, a Texas native, who will perform Nelson’s hits such as “Whiskey River,” “Good-Hearted Woman” and “Mamas Don\u2019t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Cowboys.”<\/p>\n
Moore is known for his vocal and guitar skills, which closely resemble Nelson’s style. The show aims to provide an immersive experience, with visuals reminiscent of Nelson\u2019s iconic performances.<\/p>\n
