Charlie Sheen<\/strong> is opening up about his sexual history.<\/p>\n

\u201cI flipped the menu over,\u201d the Two and a Half Men<\/em> alum, 60, says in both his upcoming Netflix documentary, aka Charlie Sheen<\/em> (out September 10), as well as in his memoir, The Book of Sheen<\/em> (out September 9), according to an article published by People<\/em><\/a> on Friday, September 5.<\/p>\n

In the documentary, Sheen reportedly talks about how it feels good to be open about his sexual encounters with men.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s f***ing liberating\u2026 [to] just talk about stuff,\u201d he admits in the doc. \u201cIt\u2019s like a train didn\u2019t come through the side of the restaurant. A f***ing piano didn\u2019t fall out of the sky. No one ran into the room and shot me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not going to run from my past, or let it own me,\u201d the former\u00a0Anger Management<\/em> actor added in an interview with\u00a0People<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

On Friday, Sheen also sat down with Michael Strahan<\/strong> for an interview on Good Morning America<\/em><\/a> and discussed the topic further.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou say sex went hand in hand with your drug use. And wanting to try as you framed it, [the] \u2018other side of the menu,\u2019 That\u2019s sleeping with men,\u201d Strahan, 53, remarked. \u201cYou said you\u2019re being honest about it now. Why did you keep it secret for so long?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause there was another element to it. It comes with a tremendous amount of extortion,\u201d\u00a0Sheen replied. \u201cSo at the time, I was just like, \u2018All right, let\u2019s just pay to keep it quiet.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Sheen noted people \u201chad videoed things\u201d and \u201chad stuff over\u201d him, so he felt \u201chostage.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd so I just need to be free of that and then see how the world feels if people know that stuff,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
