Ryan Reynolds is playing coy about a <\/span>possible cameo on Marvel\u2019s\u00a0Avengers: Doomsday\u00a0after throwing comic book fans into a frenzy, hinting at Deadpool\u2019s appearance.<\/p>\n The actor made an appearance at TIFF to promote the John Candy movie he produced with Colin Hanks as director. During an interview, Reynolds talked about the John Candy Easter eggs he put in all three\u00a0Deadpool\u00a0fil<\/span>ms.<\/p>\n More from Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n Entertainment Weekly<\/a> took the opportunity to ask if there were any Easter eggs in Avengers: Doomsday and if that would confirm his involvement in the Russ Brothers-directed film.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s four that I\u2019ve got in there,\u201d Reynolds joked. \u201cOf course, I\u2019ve written them all at home in my PJs, and nobody\u2019s seen \u2019em nor have I stepped foot on set. But, yeah, that\u2019s about as far as I\u2019ll go on that one.\u201d<\/p>\n Reynolds teased a possible\u00a0Avengers: Doomsday\u00a0intervention last month when he shared a post on social media with a graffiti-ed Avengers logo.<\/span> Many took this image as a tease that Deadpool would make a cameo in the new MCU film.<\/p>\n However, Deadline further reported<\/a> that the Merc with a Mouth had not been seen on the London set and wasn\u2019t set to appear in the film either.<\/p>\n Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for release on December 18, 2026.
