developers have submitted plans to turn the former bowling alley into a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vans.pizza\/\">Vans Pizza<\/a>, according to the application filed with the city of Stow&#8217;s <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dparchitectsinc.com\/\">David Pelligra<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The property is currently owned by by <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beaconjournal.com\/story\/news\/2022\/06\/27\/spins-bowl-owner-diamond-properties-plans-gut-renovation-sto-kent-entertainment\/7566414001\/\">Diamond Properties<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The site is located at 3870 Fishcreek Road in Stow.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"presto-h2 wp-block-heading\">The history of Sto-Kent Family Entertainment site<\/h2>\n<p>Sto-Kent Family Entertainment originally closed in September 2021, citing the COVID-19 pandemic as the reason behind the closure.<\/p>\n<partner-banner util-module-path=\"elements\/partner\" fluid=\"\" bottom=\"\" lazy=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dpmgt.com\/\">Diamond Properties<\/a> purchased the former family entertainment center in August 2022 for $941,000, according to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/propertyaccess.summitoh.net\/Datalets\/Datalet.aspx?sIndex=0&amp;idx=1\">Summit County Fiscal Office records<\/a>.<\/p>\n<partner-inline util-module-path=\"elements\/partner\" the property and operating it as a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beaconjournal.com\/story\/news\/2022\/06\/27\/spins-bowl-owner-diamond-properties-plans-gut-renovation-sto-kent-entertainment\/7566414001\/\">District Social<\/a> concept, which included a large arcade, live music, bar, axe throwing and food trucks.\u00a0Bowling was not included as part of this plan.<\/p>\n<p><cta-atoms-container-inline util-module-path=\"elements\/cta\" class=\"spacer-large\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"presto-h2 wp-block-heading\">Who is Diamond Properties?<\/h2>\n<p>Diamond Properties operates over 16 million\u00a0square\u00a0feet\u00a0of commercial and industrial properties in 13 states.
