Chad Powell was one of those people who had issues with his tickets. He showed up to the concert on Saturday, only to be turned away.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis scanner read error, error, error, and it was in red. The guy said, \u2018I\u2019m sorry, but your section doesn\u2019t exist anymore.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Power had bought three VIP floor tickets for $1,500 each. He said he eventually got in and was seated in a different section.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe didn\u2019t get what we paid for,\u201d Powell told Channel 2\u2019s Cory James.<\/b> \u201cIt was not the same section, we were not in the same row, not the VIP.\u201d<\/p>\n
Brown said he appreciated the concerns from his fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnfortunately, I\u2019m not in charge of that,\u201d Brown said.<\/p>\n
Tanisha Renee said she didn\u2019t get into the show at all. It left her in tears on her walk back to the car.<\/p>\n
\u201cI didn\u2019t get into the concert that I paid for,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m going to go back home and hopefully Ticketmaster or whomever makes this right.\u201d<\/p>\n
Before 11 a.m. Sunday, James began attempting to contact Ticketmaster, LiveNation, and multiple people listed as representatives for Chris Brown.<\/p>\n
Brown\u2019s comments on Wednesday were the first anyone had addressed Renee\u2019s concerns.<\/p>\n
Powell said Ticketmaster told him they are elevating his request for a full refund to higher-ups and should have an answer within three to five days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
