UTA has signed Charlie Puth<\/a> for global representation in all areas, the company announced Wednesday.<\/p>\n A four-time Grammy Award nominee, Puth has garnered over 35 billion global streams with nine multiplatinum singles, including hits \u201cAttention,\u201d \u201cWe Don\u2019t Talk Anymore,\u201d \u201cSee You Again, \u201cLight Switch\u201d and \u201cLeft and Right,\u201d with BTS\u2019 Jung Kook.<\/p>\n More from The Hollywood Reporter<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cCharlie\u2019s prodigious artistic vision extends well beyond the world of music,\u201d UTA partner and co-head of talent Jay Gassner said in a statement. \u201cHis incredible talent as a storyteller and creator opens the door to new opportunities and we\u2019re excited to bring them to life.\u201d<\/p>\n His 2015 track \u201cSee You Again<\/a>,\u201d on which he was featured alongside Wiz Khalifa as part of the Furious 7<\/a> soundtrack, landed at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, where it remained for 12 weeks. Aside from his musical efforts as an artist, Puth is an established songwriter and producer. He notably co-wrote and co-produced \u201cStay\u201d by The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber, which stood at the Number One 1 spot on the Billboard Global 200 chart for 11 weeks.<\/p>\n \u201cCharlie is a global star and a remarkable live performer,\u201d said UTA partners and co-heads of global music David Zedeck and Sam Kirby Yoh. \u201cAs he steps into a new chapter in his career, we look forward to championing his growth on the world stage.\u201d<\/p>\n Puth released his latest track, \u201cHero,\u201d in May 2024.
