The Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> have released their list of inactive players<\/a> for Friday night\u2019s game against the Los Angeles Chargers at Arena Corinthians in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil.<\/p>\n

As expected, wide receiver Jalen Royals (knee) will not play in Week 1. Neither will defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott (ankle), running back Elijah Mitchell , defensive end Malik Herring, tight end Jared Wiley and offensive lineman Hunter Nourzad.<\/p>\n

Royals did not make the trip to Brazil. He was declared out <\/em><\/strong>on Wednesday. Norman-Lott (ankle) was shown as limited<\/em><\/strong> in all of Kansas City\u2019s injury reports this week \u2014 and was declared questionable<\/em><\/strong> on Thursday. The rest of the Chiefs\u2019 inactive players are healthy scratches.<\/p>\n

On Friday, Kansas City elevated practice squad defensive tackle Marlon Tuipulotu to the active roster. As an elevated player, he will automatically be returned to the team\u2019s practice squad after the game. He is active for the contest.<\/p>\n

The Chargers have also released their list of inactives<\/a>. Guard Mekhti Becton (illness) will <\/em>play. But offensive lineman Foster Sarell, defensive lineman Naquan Jones, tight end Tucker Fisk, linebacker Kyle Kennard, tight end Oronde Gadsden, defensive back R.J. Mickens and defensive back Nikko Reed are all inactive.<\/p>\n

All Los Angeles players were listed as full participants<\/em><\/strong> in Thursday\u2019s final injury report \u2014 although Becton was added to the injury report as questionable<\/em><\/strong> just hours before kickoff.<\/p>\n

The Chargers elevated long snapper Rick Lovato and tackle Foster Sarrell for the matchup. Only Lovato will dress on Friday night.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
