The Kid LAROI<\/strong> has released a surprise single called \u201cA COLD PLAY<\/a>.\u201d The song\u2019s title may refer to the fact that the chorus has LAROI repeating the words \u201cfix you\u201d \u2014 which is the title of a well-known song by the band Coldplay<\/strong>.\u00a0This Sunday, LAROI and Bailey Zimmerman<\/strong> will join forces to perform their song \u201cLost\u201d on the MTV VMAs\u2019 extended play stage.<\/p>\n Shaboozey<\/strong> has released \u201cTook a Walk<\/a>,\u201d his new single from the upcoming movie The Long Walk. <\/em>The movie is based on\u00a0<\/em>Stephen King\u2019<\/strong>s novel of the same name, which he originally published under the name Richard Bachman<\/strong>. Directed by Hunger Games<\/em> director Francis Lawrence<\/strong>, it arrives in theaters Sept. 12. Like The Hunger Games<\/em>, it\u2019s about a deadly contest in a dystopian America: 100 young men set out on a walk, and are executed if their speed falls below a certain number of miles per hour. The last man standing is the winner.<\/p>\n \u201cNumb Little Bug\u201d singer Em Beihold<\/strong> is back with a new single called \u201cHot Goblin<\/a>.\u201d In a statement, Em explains that the song is about \u201chaving confidence in yourself, no matter what form or shape you\u2019re in.\u201d She adds, \u201cI think society puts a lot of pressure on being hot all the time, with your makeup on, hair done, a social-media worthy outfit, etc. I\u2019ve felt the pressure to fit into that when I exist most of the time in pajamas with my baby hairs rampant \u2014 being a hot goblin is about accepting yourself as you are and feeling enough as is.\u201d<\/p>\n Lizzo<\/strong> has dropped a surprise mixtape called MY FACE STILL HURTS FROM SMILING<\/em><\/a>, the follow-up to her previously released mixtape\u00a0MY FACE HURTS FROM SMILING, <\/em>which came out in June.<\/p>\n LANY<\/strong> is back with a new song, \u201cLast Foreve<\/a>r,\u201d from their upcoming album called Soft<\/em>, due Oct. 10. According to a press release, the album was \u201cborn from a life-altering experience\u201d\u00a0 \u2014 presumably the motorcycle accident that nearly killed<\/a>\u00a0band member Paul Klein<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
