The Venice Film Festival closing ceremony is underway, and it will soon be revealed which movie is taking home the prestigious Golden Lion for best film.<\/p>\n

Hostess Emanuela Faneli began the ceremony briskly by reminding the audience of the honorary awardees this edition: Werner Herzog<\/a>, Gus Van Sant<\/a> and Julian Schnabel<\/a>, before the first winner of in the Venice Immersive section was announced: \u201cThe Long Goodbye<\/a>\u201d by Kate Voet<\/a> and Victor Maes<\/a>, who said they were \u201coverwhelmed with joy at this honor.\u201d<\/p>\n
