The hulk-like former boxer-father of Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown<\/strong> has been clobbered with attempted murder charges after witnesses say he stabbed a man repeatedly in a fight over a minor door-ding in a parking lot, per News 3<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n While hoopster Jaylen is 6-foot-6, he\u2019s dwarfed by his 52-year-old dad, Marselles<\/strong>, a 300-pound, 7-footer and former WBU heavyweight champion with a 33-18 win-loss record.<\/p>\n Cops say at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 20, Cross Tupuola<\/strong>, a 28-year-old youth football coach, was sitting in his vehicle with his girlfriend in a Las Vegas parking lot when an SUV pulled up alongside, the SUV passenger door opened and hit the car\u2019s driver-side door.<\/p>\n The girlfriend told cops \u201cher boyfriend got out to check for damage \u2026 The other man [reportedly Brown] \u2026 said \u2018it was just a bump\u2019 and called the boyfriend a \u2018b* a**.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Then the woman said \u201cthe man asked \u2018if he wanted to go\u2019 to which the boyfriend said \u2018yes,\u2019 \u201d the police said.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter the boyfriend turned his back, the man \u2026 briskly walked after him,\u201d pulled out something from his right side, \u201cswung his arm in a straight stabbing motion and struck [the boyfriend] in his back.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe man \u2026 then hit him several times in the stomach, and the boyfriend \u2026 ran to his car and drove to a pharmacy and called an ambulance.\u201d<\/p>\n Sources say the victim \u201csuffered stab wounds to his back, upper right clavicle area, and left hand, plus a broken right rib that might need surgery.\u201d<\/p>\n Cops later stopped the SUV and \u201cfound Brown sitting in a passenger seat \u2026 he had abrasions on his knees and was bleeding from his face,\u201d says a police report. \u201cHe spontaneously uttered that this was all over a door ding.\u201d<\/p>\n He was charged with attempted murder and bond was set at $300,000.<\/p>\n Sources say no knife was found.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/staging.nationalenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/MEGA901233_008.jpg\")
