Let\u2019s take a closer look at my September 7 <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.covers.com\/picks\/mlb\">MLB picks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Best_Bet\">Twins vs Royals prediction<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Twins vs Royals best bet<\/strong>: Bobby Witt Jr. Over 1.5 total bases (-135)<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.covers.com\/sport\/baseball\/mlb\/players\/197109\/bobby-witt-jr.\">Bobby Witt Jr.<\/a> has seen a lot of Bailey Ober as AL Central division foes. The head-to-head matchup has consistently played out with Witt Jr. winning.<\/p>\n<p>Kansas City\u2019s star shortstop has absolutely torched Ober, going 12-for-28 with a .429 batting average and .321 ISO.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no reason to expect that to change this time around as Ober is currently going through the worst season of his career. He owns a 5.23 ERA and has not been able to keep the ball in the park, allowing 29 homers through 124 innings of work.<\/p>\n<p>Witt Jr. also profiles very well against Ober\u2019s pitch mix, owning ISOs above .220 vs. three of his four most-utilized pitches when facing right-handed hitters.<\/p>\n<p>Expect Witt Jr. to make plenty of noise against a struggling starter and a depleted bullpen following a trade deadline sell-off.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"+475_SGP\">Twins vs Royals same-game parlay (SGP)<\/h2>\n<p>Vinnie Pasquantino has been an RBI machine in recent weeks, driving in 18 runners over his last 18 games.
