Lil Jon has been working on his physique lately, entering in the Muscle Beach Competition that was held in Venice Beach, California, on Sept. 1.<\/p>\n
The rapper, 54, took home third place in the Men\u2019s Physique Master\u2019s Over 45 category with some downright impressive muscle definition. He’s been working with personal trainer Jay Galvin, who celebrated Lil Jon’s accomplishments ahead of the competition.<\/p>\n
“Beyond excited to see this. The ultimate transformation @liljon from the king of partying to this is just unreal,” Galvin captioned an Instagram post<\/a> on Aug. 25. “Determination, dedication, and discipline has paid off. At 53, being in studios, traveling weekly, family time, and charity work to still stay dialed in is beyond impressive work. I appreciate you beyond words for bringing me along on this journey and taking the guidance that Dave gave us. Saying you\u2019re a legend is an understatement, but now you\u2019re not just a legend, you\u2019re a legendary unit! Let\u2019s f go!”<\/p>\n Following Lil Jon’s win, he took to Instagram to share the big news.<\/p>\n “3RD PLACE! ALHAMDULLIAH. THANKS TO ALL THAT SUPPORTED ME ON THIS,” he captioned a post<\/a> before tagging several accounts.<\/p>\n Fans took to the comments section to react to Lil Jon’s win \u2014 and his super toned body.<\/p>\n “Damn! You looked awesome! Congrats on your first show,” one person wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Bruv\u2026 this is super inspiring.
