Adam Sandler<\/a><\/strong>kicked off his You\u2019re My Best Friend Tour<\/a><\/em> this weekend in Jacksonville, Florida. For fans who have waited years, even decades, to see The Wedding Singer<\/em> actor live, Saturday\u2019s tour opener did not disappoint. Sandler even surprised fans with guest appearances by two \u201890s icons Sandler happens to call close friends.<\/p>\n Fans left feeling like \u201cold friends\u201d watching Sandler strum his guitar and entertain the crowd with his brand of musical comedy, bathroom jokes and all. But what made the tour\u2019s kickoff show so special were Sandler\u2019s special guests, Vanilla Ice<\/a><\/strong> and Grown Ups<\/em> co-star Kevin James<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Wearing his signature hoodie and sunglasses, Sandler vibed on the guitar as he strummed the iconic bassline to \u201cIce Ice Baby\u201d before bringing to the stage Vanilla Ice (whose real name is Robert Van Winkle) himself. Paul Blart: Mall Cop<\/em> star Kevin James joined the pair on stage, dancing and mugging for the audience. He ditched his regular basketball shorts in favor of khakis, a hoodie, and sunglasses, and entertained the crowd with a combination of new and old songs, jokes, and bits \u2013 some of which were entirely blushworthy, but hilarious.<\/p>\n It wouldn\u2019t be the You\u2019re My Best Friend Tour<\/a><\/em> without Sandler paying homage to his best friends.
