\u201c[Blake\u2019s workout routines] really haven\u2019t [changed] much,\u201d Saladino exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i><\/a>in 2022 while the actress was expecting Olin. \u201cWe\u2019re watching the ballistics a little bit. I know in the first trimester things change a little bit, but all in all, she\u2019s always had a good foundation. We\u2019re removing any jumping, any ballistics [and] we\u2019re really staying away from the cardio. We\u2019re trying to keep things a little bit more stationary.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Saladino, Lively\u2019s fitness goal at the time was to \u201chave a healthy delivery\u201d over completing an intense workout.<\/p>\n
