Doja Cat turned up the volume in a quilted blue and yellow Balmain mini dress, which she teamed with full caramel curls and a sparkling lipstick shaped clutch with a crimson pout that matched.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ricky Martin, the evening\u2019s Latin Icon Award recipient, was all attitude in a sea foam-hued shirt, unbuttoned to show off his chest and several sparkling necklaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sabrina Carpenter, who is nominated for eight awards tonight and slated to perform, stunned in a red lace Valentino dress.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lenny Kravitz was almost<\/em> all business, as he arrived in a suit \u2014 but left his shirt at home. He dressed similarly at last year\u2019s VMAs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This year\u2019s host, rapper and actor LL Cool J, took the red carpet in a checkered coat, dark shades and a colorful hat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With fashion daredevils like Gaga and Doja also slated to perform, we\u2019re all but guaranteed some amazing outfit changes inside as well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
