A 2026 theatrical release is currently being planned.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe satire, sci-fi, and body horror movie follows a Chinese-American teenager (Shirley Chen), who, feeling insecure about her race, takes a drastic step that causes a chain reaction throughout her own and her family\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n

\n\tSlanted<\/em>\u00a0is produced by Fox Entertainment Studios\u2019 Tideline and Mountain Top Pictures with producers including Mark Ankner for Mountain Top, Trevor Wall, Adel \u201cFuture\u201d Nur and Wang. EPs include Fox Entertainment Studios\u2019 Hannah Pillemer and Fernando Szew. The film also stars McKenna Grace, Vivian Wu, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Amelie Zilber, Fang Du, Elaine Hendrix, and R. \n\tUpcoming for Bleecker\u00a0Street is the highly anticipated sequel Spinal Tap II: The End Continues <\/em>on Sept. 12 which brings back together filmmaker Rob Reiner and stars Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer. Also Bleecker\u00a0has thehorror-thriller\u00a0Bone Lake\u00a0<\/em>on October 3rd; Max Walker-Silverman\u2019s Sundance favorite\u00a0Rebuilding\u00a0<\/em>starring Josh O\u2019Connor, Lily Latorre, Meghann Fahy, Kali Reis, and Amy Madigan, and Fackham Hall<\/em> on Nov. 14, a biting spoof of British period dramas starring Damian Lewis, Thomasin McKenzie, and Katherine Waterston, on Dec. 5. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
