Season 19 of The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/span><\/strong> has been a nightmare for Katie Ginella<\/span><\/strong>. She is feuding with all of her RHOC co-stars. Add in her protective husband, Matt Ginella<\/span><\/strong>, and you have some fireworks. Finally, Matt called out Slade Smiley<\/span><\/strong>, who is engaged to Gretchen Rossi<\/span>.<\/p>\n According to Katie, Gretchen told her that she went to the hospital the day after Tamra Judge\u2019s<\/span> \u201cnaked wasted\u201d party. Katie said that Gretchen claimed that she was drugged<\/a> at Tamra\u2019s Season 4 party. Meanwhile, Gretchen denied making these statements or going to the hospital. Oh, the lies! The lies!<\/p>\n Katie\u2019s husband, Matt, alleged that Slade called him, urging him to convince Katie to back her comments. Recently, Matt went off on Slade during an appearance on the Don\u2019t Let it Stu podcast.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think people are totally understanding or even putting value on Slade\u2019s role in all of this. I have been with Slade, I don\u2019t know, let\u2019s say it\u2019s three times,\u201d Matt explained. \u201cAll three times, I have heard the story about how he started Housewives, behind the gates, original cast, very involved in production<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cThe idea that I\u2019m in some sort of character war with a guy who was arrested for being a deadbeat dad \u2026. I didn\u2019t have this on my bingo card, but here we are.\u201d Matt added, \u201cSlade is accusing me of lying.\u201d<\/p>\n Next, Matt detailed how he got an urgent call from Slade. \u201cThese are his exact words: \u2018Katie might have just sealed her own fate \u2026 She told\u00a0Kiki Monique<\/span>\u00a0what we told you guys [about the allegations against Tamra], and now it\u2019s getting back out to the group<\/a>.’\u201d Then, Matt stated that Slade advised him to have Katie \u201chold the line and say it wasn\u2019t said.\u201d<\/p>\n Welp, the rest of Season 19 is going to be interesting!<\/p>\n The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/a>\u00a0continues Thursdays at 8\/7c on Bravo.
