Reese Witherspoon<\/strong> is pumping the breaks on engagement talk with billionaire beau Oliver Haarmann<\/strong> because she\u2019s still rattled by her failed marriages to actor Ryan Phillippe<\/strong> and talent agent Jim Toth<\/strong>, insiders say.<\/p>\n Sources insist The Morning Show<\/em> star, 49, is still very happy with the German financier, 58, who she began seeing last summer \u2014 but add she\u2019s determined to protect herself from heartache and be present for her three kids.<\/p>\n The Legally Blonde<\/em> beauty is mom to Ryan\u2019s children Ava<\/strong>, 26, and Deacon<\/strong>, 21, and Jim\u2019s son, Tennessee<\/strong>, who turns 13 on Sept. 27.<\/p>\n \u201cThe number one thing you have to know about Reese is that being a mom is way more important to her than whatever is going on in her love life,\u201d an insider explains.<\/p>\n \u201cShe still has a young son to look after, and her two older kids are just finding their way into adulthood and are around the house all the time.
