Critics are loving Knives Out 3<\/a><\/strong> even more than they loved the second movie in the Daniel Craig<\/a>-led franchise.<\/p>\n Knives Out 3, also known as Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery<\/a>, arrives on Netflix<\/a> this coming December. Before that, fans of the franchise will have a chance to see it in select theaters, as it is getting a limited release beginning on November 26, 2025.<\/p>\n The Rian Johnson<\/a>-directed movie just held its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this past weekend. So far, it\u2019s received glowing reviews from critics.<\/p>\n At the time of this article\u2019s publication, Knives Out 3 has a 96 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes<\/a>, based on 25 reviews. That\u2019s higher than the second movie in the franchise, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery<\/a>, which has a 91 percent score. The first Knives Out<\/a>, meanwhile, currently sits at 97 percent.<\/p>\n Brian Tallerico wrote for RogerEbert.com<\/a>, \u201cIt is a film so rich in ideas that it\u2019s the rare whodunit that seems likely to play even better the second time, when following the mystery can take a back seat to considering how Johnson has crafted one of his best screenplays.
