\u201cTom and Hayley have an interesting relationship that\u2019s really evolved over the five years that they\u2019ve known each other,\u201d shares an insider, who adds that dating rumors between the chummy pals were nothing more than gossip. \u201cThey have a bit of a big brother\/little sister dynamic going on \u2014 and even though Tom has decades of experience in the business and in public life, Hayley has become protective of him.<\/p>\n
