After weeks of being talked about but never seen, Charlotte is back in the mix.<\/p>\n This time around, Scarlett Fernandez<\/strong> isn\u2019t playing Lulu (Alexa Havins<\/strong>) and Valentin\u2019s (James Patrick Stuart<\/strong>) daughter. The 17-year-old is the daughter of Fire Country<\/a><\/em>star Billy Burke<\/strong> (Vince) and actress Pollyanna Rose.<\/strong><\/p>\n Performing is the family business for the Burke clan. Bluesy\u2019s first acting gig was in a film, Luster, <\/em>which starred both of her parents. Billy even wrote a song about his only child, titled \u201cBluesy LaRue,\u201d on his Removed<\/em> album.<\/p>\n The actress\u2019 most recent job before General Hospital<\/em> was in the film Booksmart,<\/em> directed by Olivia Wilde<\/strong>. General Hospital<\/em> is her first foray into the soap world.<\/p>\n Bluesy was immediately thrown in the deep end with vets like Nancy Lee Grahn<\/strong> (Alexis) and Rebecca Herbst <\/strong>(Elizabeth), and she held her own nicely.<\/p>\n Billy has been on Fire Country<\/em> since the show debuted in 2023.
