No charges have been filed against the actor, who is best known for playing crime lord Tuco Salamanca on the two AMC shows, yet. Moreover, Cruz\u2019s talent agent has shared details of the incident chronologically while defending his client.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s what went down with Raymond Cruz.<\/p>\n Raymond Cruz was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. The 60-year-old actor allegedly sprayed his neighbor with a hose while he was washing his car.<\/p>\n Someone called the police to report that Cruz assaulted their daughter with a garden hose. \u201cThere was basically a dispute with the victim, which is when Cruz allegedly sprayed water towards the victim,\u201d LAPD officer David Cuellar said to PEOPLE<\/a>.<\/p>\n Cruz\u2019s talent agent, Raphael Berko, spoke out about their side of the incident to PEOPLE. Berko said that when Cruz was washing his car in his garden, a white minivan with three women parked very close to his bumper. He asked to move the car, but the women did not comply.<\/p>\n \u201cThey said no,\u201d Berko told the news outlet, \u201cHe goes, \u2018Come on, move your car. You\u2019re not giving me room, and it\u2019s going to get wet.\u2019 So, he said, \u2018Okay.\u2019 He started to clean his car, and then they started filming him.\u201d He continued, \u201cWhen he turned around to tell them to stop filming him, he was still hosing his car. And some of the water from his hose hit the front of his car and spilled on their car\u2026 And then, believe it or not, one of them called the police.\u201d<\/p>\n After this, Cruz was arrested at his home.
