Another top executive is set to leave Paramount<\/a> following Skydance\u2019s acquisition of the global media company.<\/p>\n

Justin Dini<\/a>, who had led corporate communications at the company, steered the company\u2019s messaging through a number of critical moments, including the Viacom<\/a>–CBS<\/a> merger, the rebranding to Paramount Global<\/a>, the acquisition of Pluto TV<\/a> and the launch Paramount+<\/a>, and of course the leadership transition and eventual deal with Skydance.<\/p>\n

He joined the company in 2017 from the Brunswick Group, shortly after Bob Bakish<\/a> was named CEO of Viacom.<\/p>\n
