Sometimes these complications cross over, as she invites her cannabis farmer father, Wes (W. Earl Brown<\/strong>) \u2014 an outlaw with a heart of gold \u2014 to come live with her and help look after her daughter Skye (Amanda Arcuri<\/strong>), a young woman struggling with drug addiction. She hates being vulnerable. She’s really good at her job and loves what she does, but almost to a fault. You know, she has many blind spots, because she believes in the good of people and in the kind of community and society that she wants to live in. She is fiercely loyal, kind of a hard ass, but also has her Achilles heels.
