Trump, who is trying to change the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War, has repeatedly threatened<\/a> to send the military<\/a> into the city, as he has done in Washington, D.C. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

His new social media post mimicked an image from the movie but had the Chicago skyline in the background and said \u201cChipocalypse Now.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Trump depicted himself as Robert Duvall\u2019s character, Lt. Col. Bill Kilgore: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cCheck out Col. Bone Spurs,\u201d Colbert cracked, referring to a disputed<\/a> diagnosis the president used to avoid actual military service during the Vietnam War. \u201cThat is clearly AI, because if Trump ever actually crouched like that, his cankles<\/a> would pop like water balloons.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
