\u201cThey\u2019re playing Russian roulette with the lives of children,\u201d said the host in a live segment that also looked at Florida\u2019s plans to end school vaccine mandates<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cAny time you go to a school, it is a \u2014 who knows what\u2019s in there? They sneeze, everybody gets sick. You think you\u2019re dying, you know, but you\u2019re not, you just got hit by kid stuff. We know that this happens,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThere are reasons that people put these mandates in place. Now, you want to get rid of all of them? You\u2019re basically saying, \u2018Let\u2019s see what happens if your kid goes to school with other kids.\u2019 And your grandparents, who are elderly, are in with your grandkids. So now, you\u2019re saying, y\u2019all don\u2019t care.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Goldberg has previously taken aim at Kennedy for calling a measles outbreak in Texas \u201cnot unusual<\/a>\u201d back in February, warning<\/a> that people could die if they believe what he\u2019s saying and don\u2019t check for the infectious disease.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Goldberg \u2014 after host Joy Behar called out four GOP senators with medical degrees who voted to confirm Kennedy to his post \u2014 said the lawmakers \u201call made a decision to follow a road that has a nine-million-foot drop.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThese are things that you can control,\u201d Goldberg said of getting children vaccinated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cYou can\u2019t control a lot of stuff that\u2019s happening but these are the little things that you can take in hand and grab and say, \u2019<\/span>I\u2019m not putting up with this BS! I\u2019m just not going to do it.\u2032 This is on us, this is what we\u2019re learning.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n She continued, \u201cOur government, I don\u2019t know where they are. But I know where I am, you know where you are.
