One of the highlights of HAIM\u2019s recent trip to Boston<\/a> was getting some \u201cbomb bagels\u201d at a popular spot.<\/p>\n Este, Danielle and Alana Haim gushed over the city in a recent interview with WERS 88.9FM<\/a>. During their chat, the sisters were asked if they had a favorite spot to eat in the city.<\/p>\n \u201cWe went to a really great bagel place,\u201d HAIM said before revealing it was Brick Street Bagels<\/a> in the South End.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was so good,\u201d the group added. \u201cBomb bagels. Amazing bagels.\u201d<\/p>\n Jordan Renouf officially established Brick Street Bagels as a pop-up bagel business in 2023. After roughly two years of doing drops from his apartment, Brick Street bagels will open its first permanent storefront in South Boston later this year.<\/p>\n \u201cIt feels really exciting,\u201d Renouf previously told MassLive<\/a>. \u201cI feel really proud of all the work that myself and the people who work with me have done because we\u2019ve all worked really, really hard.\u201d<\/p>\n The store will continue to offer Brick Street\u2019s signature fresh bagels and spreads, but also serve open-faced sandwiches, coffee \u201cand whatever else our whimsy leads us to,\u201d according to a February Instagram post<\/a> from the business.<\/p>\n The address for Brick Street Bagels\u2019 storefront is 371 W Broadway and the shop will tentatively be open 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily. An official opening day has yet to be announced.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, HAIM was in town as part of their \u201cI Quit\u201d tour<\/a>. The band played at Suffolk Downs on Friday, Sept. 5.
